Merchandise Vendors Application

Application Deadline: Friday, June 30, 2017

 

The 4th Annual Cambridge Jazz Festival is on Sunday, July 30th from 12 noon - 6pm at Danehy Park in Cambridge**RAIN or SHINE.  We expect well over 5,000 people to enjoy this FREE outdoor afternoon of wonderful jazz.  

The cost for a vendor space is $125.00.  Space does not include tents, tables or chairs.  Vendor spaces will easily accommodate a 6-8ft table and a 10' x 10' tent if you wish to bring one.  *Please note that at this outdoor festival, it is very likely that your vendor space may be in direct sunlight. We DO NOT have a rain-date for the event.  We will refund 50% of your payment in the event that we have to cancel the entire event due to inclement weather.
