Food Vendor Application

The 4th Annual Cambridge Jazz Festival is on Sunday, July 30th from 12 noon - 6pm at Danehy Park in Cambridge **RAIN or SHINE.  We expect well over 5,000 people to enjoy this FREE outdoor afternoon of wonderful jazz.  For Questions contact Rick Kosinski at 617.548.8844 or [email protected].

Application Deadline: Friday, June 23, 2017

Payment Deadline: Friday, June 30, 2017

Cost: 

  1. Large food vendor space (20 to 28 feet):  $300
  2. Regular food vendor space (10 to 15 square feet):  $200
  3. Pushcart-sized space (less than 10 feet): $200

Permits: 

The CJF vendor committee will secure all necessary permits with the City of Cambridge. 

Vendor must provide the following: 

  1. License for restaurant where food is prepared for food truck
  2. ServSafe Certificate
  3. Allergy Awareness Certificate 

Payment:

Once your application has been approved, we will send you a link for online payment. 

We DO NOT have a rain-date for the event.  We will refund 50% of your payment in the event that we have to cancel the entire event due to inclement weather.     

WE MUST HAVE YOUR APPLICATION  BY FRIDAY, JUNE 23, 2017 and YOUR PAYMENT NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 30, 2017.

Trans Fat Regulations:Pursuant to the trans fat regulations: The ingredient list can not contain the following items: (a) partially hydrogenated shortening or margarine; (b) menu items without nutritional facts must have documentation from the manufacturer confirming that the product contains less than 0.05 grams of trans fat; (c) if the item served is in its original sealed package, it is exempt from the trans fat regulations.
